ADD ICON EFFECTS: TUTORIAL #2
1) Open the base
2) Duplicate the base (Layers > Duplicate)
3) Set the new layer to Soft Light (Layers > Properties > Blend Mode > Soft Light)
4) Go to Layers > New Raster Layer
5) Use the flood fill tool to fill the new layer with the color #FB9B05.
5) Set the new layer to Soft Light (Layers > Properties > Blend Mode > Soft Light)
6) Copy (right click > copy)
and paste it as a new layer (right click > paste as a new layer).
7) Set the new layer to Screen (Layers > Properties > Blend Mode > Screen) with the opacity at 75.
8) Go to Layers > Merge > Merge All.
9) Optional: Add a border and/or text.
In my example I have added a 1px border in #FB9B05.
